乐天四通食品有限公司成立于1994年8月12日，公司是由国际著名的日本国株式会社LOTTE、中国著名的四通集团公司等共同投资兴办的大型现代化企业，主要从事糕点、糖果、儿童食品及饮料的开发、生产和销售。
公司引进日本先进的生产技术，在严格的质量监控和严密的卫生标准条件下采用流水作业，一期生产乐天“派”类系列产品，二期推出了深受青少年喜爱的“小熊饼”系列，产品不但畅销于中国大陆，而且还远销香港、东南亚及欧美市场。

Lotte Stone Foods Co., Ltd. was established on
August 12, 1994. The Corporation is a joint venture formed by the
word-famous Japan "Lotte" Corporation is mainly engaged
in the production and sale of cakes, beverages and other sweets,
and the development of food for children.
The Corporation imports advanced production technology from Japan
and maintain strict quality and sanitary standards for its
products. In the first stage of the Corporation's development it
produced a series of products including the famous Lotte
"Pie". In the second stage it introduced the "Koala
Biscuits" Line of snacks which are especially well liked by
teenagers. The products sell very well not only in China, but also
have found a strong market in Hong Kong, other parts of Asia, as
well as Europe and America. The aim of the Lotte Stone Foods Co.,
Ltd. is always to make products of the best quality and freshest
