Late one evening an old man visited his daughter's house, to drop off some birthday presents for his grandson, whose seventh birthday was the following day. His daughter told him that her son had gone to bed early so that he could get up very early the next day to open his presents, and as he'd only just gone to bed, he could go up and see him. So the old man goes upstairs and enters the boys bedroom. The little boy is kneeling beside his bed with his head bowed, as if praying. Moved by this sight the old man decides to join the boy in prayer, so he kneels by the other side of the bed and bows his head too. "What are you doing Grandpa?" asks the boy. "The same as you, my son" the old man replies. "But, Grandpa, there isn't a potty (±ãºø£©on that side of the bed!" |
