China Young Township Entrepreneurs' Association (CYTEA), established in 1988, is the national mass organization of excellent directors or managers from domestic village and township enterprises. It is the membership of China Youth Union. The aim of Association is to provide the service for improving the quality of the young directors and managers from village and town enterprises (VTE), for improving the economic interests of member enterprises and for promoting China's country's economic booming and the development of the society. The tasks of Association are : to promote the relation among the enterprises, to exchange economic techniques to develop management and professional knowledge training; to publicize the national law and policy; to anticipate the social public affairs; to protect members and member enterprises, legitimate rights and interests; to elect and appraise excellent VTE; to develop international exchanges. CYTEA institutes group members and personal members. Group members apply for joining local associations or organizations of the same kind in provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities directly under the Central Government. Personal members are excellent directors and managers elected by basic levels. Association consists of 1051 personal members, 33 group members , 10 trade commissions which link up thousands of entrepreneurs. The highest authority of the association belongs to the whole members' conference, which is held once every other two years. And its highest organ is the board of directors, which consists of seat directors and special directors. And its daily office is secretariat, including members department, propaganda department, liaison department and technical consultation department, etc. At present Wang Guangying, the vice-president of the National People's Congress, acts as honorary chairman. Cui Bo, the secretary of secretariat, acts as Chairmen. Wang Xiaodong, vice-minister of the agricultural department of Chinese Communist Youth League, acts as deputy chairman of standing committe and secretary-general. Address: No.10, east
